Evolve Energy is the UK’s largest independent energy management company.

Focusing on medium and large organisations, we offer end-to-end energy management solutions including energy procurement, bill validation, data collection & analysis (including a full range of CRC services) and energy engineering projects that deliver guaranteed energy & carbon savings.

A core expertise of the group is Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS), which form the ‘brains, eyes and ears’ of any building’s energy infrastructure.  We deliver BEMS through our subsidiary companies: Ashdown Controls in the South and Nobbs & Jones in the North.

We also manufacture control panels for use in BEMS installations at our Preston site.

Evolve’s 24/7 Energy Operations Centre (EOC) is based in Manchester and is staffed by expert BMS and energy  engineers (not call handlers).  It offers a wide range of online support services, including BMS alarm monitoring, 24/7 service desk and energy data collection and reporting.

Evolve’s independence means we have no ties to individual manufacturers and will always offer solutions that best meet our customers’ needs.

A Brief History:

• July 2007: Evolve merged with Envision Energy Ltd., creating an end-to-end integrated energy management company, focussed on helping businesses address the challenges of energy costs, efficiency, environmental footprint and sustainability.
• April 2007: Evolve acquired Nobbs & Jones Ltd., gaining full national coverage.
• December 2006: Evolve acquired Ashdown Controls Ltd., establishing its core business of control systems and real time acquisition and management of energy data.
